A. It depends on the plan you select, for the Standard Plan, expect to have your website created within 5 – 7 business days. For the Premium Plan, due to the additional customization, you can expect to have your website completed within 7 – 10 business days.

A. The Standard Plan offers a quick turn-key solution to those who require a website within a short period of time and are on a limited budget. The Premium Plan offers a more customized website, but does require additional time for development and the purchase cost is higher.

Q. Do I have to include all the affiliate programs you offer on my new site?
A. No, you select which affiliate programs you would like to have included. You can always add or remove affiliate programs from your site through our online interface.

Q. Am I guaranteed to be approved for all affiliate programs?
A. Yes. We have set agreements in place that allows us to ensure that all clients who purchase one of our websites will be automatically approved for all participating affiliate programs

Q. Once I purchase a website, what is the next step?
A. Once you purchase a website, our design team will receive your order and begin to build your site. If you selected any custom work, our design team will contact you. You will receive a confirmation email once we begin to work on your site and a welcome package by email once your site is created and viewable online. Q. Can I make modifications to my site in the future?
A. Yes. You will be given various options to make additional changes through the online interface. In addition, any design work or modifications you would like to have done by our design team will also be available to you.

Q. Do I have to host the site with your servers?
A. Yes. This ensures that your site is always compliant to the conditions of the affiliate programs. If you were to host your site on another server, it would result in your site content not being updated.

Q. Do you offer FTP Access?
A. Yes. Though you can make adjustments to your site through our online interface, you can also get FTP access, which allows for additional customization. However, there are some limitations to the FTP access and you should consult with our customer support team if this is a major concern prior to making your purchase.

Q. Can I add additional pages to my site?
A. Yes. As long as they abide by the conditions of the affiliate programs. You can create additional custom pages through FTP Access. Q. Is the setup fee and monthly fee refundable?
A. The setup fee is non-refundable once we begin to build your website. However, if you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of submitting your order to receive a full refund. The monthly fee can be cancelled anytime, however, doing so will take your website offline.
